Return & Exchange Policy
To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must meet the following criteria:

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

Products must not be damaged, stained, altered, or show any signs of wear and tear (normal or intentional).

Hot water bottles must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging to be eligible for return or exchange (for safety and hygiene reasons).
Non-Eligible Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.

Hot water bottles that have been opened or used (due to safety and hygiene concerns).

Items without their original tags, packaging, or proof of purchase.

Products returned after the 30-day eligibility period.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, follow these steps:

Initiate the return or exchange request through the designated process on our website (instructions available in your order confirmation or account settings).

Provide your order details and a brief explanation of the reason for the return or exchange (e.g., incorrect size, wrong color, or product defect).

Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to package and ship the product back to us.

Package the eligible product securely, including all original tags and packaging, and ship it back using the provided guidelines.
Shipping Costs for Returns & Exchanges
Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer, unless the return or exchange is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part (e.g., receiving the wrong product or a defective item).
For exchanges: If the exchanged item has the same value as the original product, no additional shipping costs will be charged. If the exchanged item has a higher value, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference in price plus any applicable shipping costs for the new item.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned product (to confirm it meets eligibility criteria), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.
Refunds will only include the purchase price of the product(s); original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Processing
After we receive and inspect your returned product (and confirm eligibility), we will process your exchange within 3-5 business days, subject to product availability.
If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer an alternative product of similar value or issue a full refund instead.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your exchanged product has been dispatched.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product (e.g., wrong size, wrong color), please notify us within 3 business days of delivery. Provide photos of the defect, damage, or incorrect item, along with your order details.
We will arrange for a free return of the defective/damaged/incorrect product and offer one of the following options at your discretion: a full refund (including original shipping costs), a free exchange for the correct product, or a replacement of the defective/damaged item.
